Your Wedding Retreat  – Our Most Popular Package

Hoping to enjoy your wedding day, why not enjoy the entire weekend? Spend time vacationing with your family and bridal party on the farm and let us take care of everything. This is the ultimate package that lets you actually enjoy the most memorable day of your life. You will have full access to the farm from Friday morning until Sunday afternoon.

  • Access to the Farm from Friday at 9am until Sunday at 2pm
  • All six overnight lodging accommodations included for two nights- check-in at 9am on Friday, with check out at 2pm on Sunday

Add Ons

Table Linens – $15/ table
Your choice of color, polyester table cloths for your guest, and banquet tables. Price includes delivery.

Service Staff, Setup & Cleanup – $1,500
SCF staff will set up the standard decor you provide as well as your table cloths, plates, and cutlery. Two servers will work your reception to clear tables and assist with any needs. At the conclusion, SCF staff will clean up your event and pack up your decor.

Day of Coordinator – $500
Includes coordination of your rehearsal, ceremony, timeline, all formals and will act as the point of contact for all vendors while utilizing the event center.

Venue Location Add On – $1,000
Add an additional venue option to your selected package.

2 Hour Engagement Photo Session – $100
Schedule an engagement photoshoot anytime before your wedding day. Access to help yourself on the Farm grounds for two hours. Photographer not included.

1/2 Day Add On $2,000
Access to your wedding venues to do any setup and/or to hold your rehearsal dinner. You will have six hours of venue access. Select one venue to hold your rehearsal dinner.

Rehearsal Dinner Add on $1,500
Select one venue to hold your rehearsal dinner. You will have three-hour access to the selected venue.

Full-Day Add On – $3,750
Access to your wedding venues for setup and rehearsal dinner. You will have 12 hours of venue access.

Shuttle Service – $415 
Includes one 15 passenger van & driver for three hours
