Absolutely! We’re one of the only venues that allows fireworks. They need to be done by a licensed company that gets the appropriate permits. 

Yes, choose whoever you decide is best for your wedding day. No, they do not have to be licensed. If you have over 50 guests, we ask that you hire a professional caterer so that there are no mishaps on your special day :)

Absolutely! Table linens, chairs, decor, and more are included in all of our wedding packages. 

We ask that you end your reception by midnight — which is later than most venues allow :)

Absolutely not! There are no hidden fees in our packages. Taxes are included in the prices listed, so the only additional fees you would incur is if you add any extras.

Yes! If you book the Retreat package, the entire property and all lodging is reserved for you and your guests. That means no one else (except staff) will be on the property during your Retreat.

Yes! We have a 2.5-acre lighted parking area that can accommodate 200 vehicles. Plus, we have a parking attendant and shuttle to help your guests :)

We’re a lot more flexible than most venues! With that in mind, we have a few restrictions to keep our property sustainable and eco-friendly:

  • You can have fireworks but they must be provided by a licensed company.
  • You can use silk petals, but not at the Island or Pines ceremony locations.
  • Candles must be in a candle holder.
  • We do not allow lantern releases (they create lots of debris and trash and are not very environmentally friendly).

We got you covered! We can move your wedding indoors if you have under 200 guests.

Heck yes! We’d love to work with your coordinator although we do provide one for you. We will make sure to focus on the venue and what we include and work directly with your coordinator to ensure he or she is able to make you their primary focus.

Absolutely! We have a 14-passenger shuttle with a driver that assists your guests from our parking area to the ceremony location and from the ceremony location to the reception area.

Yes, we can, for a small additional fee. Let us know if you want this service so we can work it out with you :)

Yes! All of our packages include a timeline coordinator. We will set up all of your table linens, and decor, greet your vendors and make sure they get set up in the correct areas, greet your guests at all locations, and make sure your timeline is followed to ensure your day goes according to plan.

We will cut the wedding cake for you :)

Yes! All of our packages include one or two servers to clear tables, refill beverages set up tables and clean up all of your tables and decor. 

Wedding couples LOVE taking photos on the private Island, the Pines woodland area, our Greenhouse, gardens, sculptures and fountains, the Stables (restored horse barn), and the Pavilion event venue. There are endless photo opportunities around the property that will create the most beautiful keepsakes.

Yes! The systems are Bluetooth enabled. Although we have WiFi, we recommend that you download playlists.

Yes! We want you to be happy with your reception music :)

Yes! With prior approval, 4-wheelers, ATVs and UTVs are allowed on the property. Driver(s) will need to sign a property waiver. We can assist you with renting golf carts if needed for you to use while on property. 

Yes. You are welcome to bring your equipment and fish in our 20-acre lake. Our lake is stocked with bass, bream, and catfish. 

Yes! This private lake is clean, cool, and great for swimming. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing, or taking out a kayak or canoe.

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own non-gas powered boat to use in our lake. 

No. Our 20-acre lake is private, so you can have it all to yourself :)

Absolutely! We welcome anyone who loves nature to enjoy our property and amenities :)

Yes! You can also arrange with us to shuttle your guests to/from the hotels for an additional fee.

We welcome your fur babies! Two of our cabins are pet friendly. We also have a fenced area where your precious pups can hang out during your wedding if you don’t want to keep them in the pet-friendly cabins :)

Yes. We have wifi available in all cabins and venues. We are in a country setting, so our wifi can be spotty at times. 

Yes! We allow smoking in designated areas throughout the property. We do not allow smoking in any of the venues or cabins.  

Yes, we have grills at all of our cabins. We provide propane and charcoal during your stay.  Yes, we have a firepit at all of our cabins. We provide firewood during your stay as well :)
