No. We do not have a liquor license and cannot sell alcohol. You are welcome to bring your own alcohol, however it must be served by a licensed bartender. All of our wedding packages include a licensed bartender to serve your alcohol during your event. 

All of our wedding packages include a TN licensed bartender. Our packages do not include an officiant, DJ, caterer, florist, baker, photographer or any other banquet related vendor. 

Yes. We own 72” and 60” banquet round tables, 6’ banquet rectangular tables, pub tables with stools, and natural wood folding chairs with padded seats. 

Yes. We set up all of your tables and chairs as well as put everything away. 

You are welcome to use any vendor that you would like except for the bartender which is included in all of our packages. The vendors that you choose do not have to be licensed, however, you must hire a professional caterer for parties over 50 guests. 

We can accommodate up to 350 guests if using outdoor patio seating in addition to indoor seating. 

We do not provide plates or glassware for events. We do work with companies that rent these items for an additional fee. Most caterers provide disposable plateware with your catered meal. 

Music has to end by midnight. 

The only way to guarantee that no other guests will be on property is to book our wedding retreat package. If you book our relax and enjoy or it takes two package and does not book all lodging, then other guests can book our lodging during your event. 

We have a 2.5 acre lighted parking area that can accommodate approximately 200 vehicles. 

Depending on the size of your guest count determines which backup plans we can offer. If your guest count is over 200 guests, the only option is to rent a tent to cover the ceremony area. 

Our decor closet is included in all of our wedding packages. Our decor includes items such as lanterns, cylinder vases, LED candles, wood discs, wood crates, wedding signs, hexagon arch, chalkboards and more. After booking with us, you will receive our decor catalog. 

Table linens for your guest tables and accent tables are included in all of our wedding packages. 

Our packages range from a one day package at $12,000 to a full weekend package at $20,000. 

Our venue fee is included in our wedding packages. 

Yes, we do offer an elopement package. 

We do not have a photographer on staff. 

We do allow fireworks as long as they are done by a licensed company that gets the appropriate permits. 

We have a 14 passenger shuttle with a driver that assists your guests from our parking area to the ceremony location and from the ceremony location to the reception area.

Our shuttle service is available to shuttle guests to and from hotels for an additional fee. 

There are no hidden fees in our packages. Taxes are included in the prices listed, so the only additional fees you would incur is if you add any extras like shuttle service to hotels, china or glassware, beverage stations or other items that we have to rent from a third party company. 

All of our packages include a timeline coordinator. We will set up all of your table linens, your decor, SCF decor, greet your vendors and make sure they get set up in the correct areas, greet your guests at all locations, and make sure your timeline is followed to ensure your day goes according to plan. You might consider hiring a personal coordinator if you are looking for someone to be in your ready rooms or by your side every step of the way. 

We look forward to working with your coordinator. We will make sure to focus on the venue and what we include and work directly with your coordinator to ensure he or she is able to make you their primary focus. 

We do not allow silk petals at the island or pines ceremony locations. Candles must be in a candle holder to catch the wax. We do not allow wish lantern releases. Fireworks must be provided by a licensed company. 

We will cut the wedding cake. 

Yes, all of our packages include one or two servers to clear tables, refill beverages setup tables and clean up all of your tables and decor. 

Parties of 50 or more guests are required to have a caterer provide the food for any event. 

No, we have our own ice machine that you will have access to for your event and bartending needs. There is an unlimited supply of ice during your event. 

If you have all of the cabins booked with your package, then you are welcome to take pictures anywhere on property. If you do not book all of the cabins, then some areas may be off limits if non wedding guests rent cabins during your event. 

We do have sound systems in all venues and in most of our cabins. The systems are bluetooth enabled. Our systems are designed for background music, not to take the place of a DJ as they do not get very loud. Although we have wifi, we suggest that you download playlists. 

With prior approval, 4 wheelers, ATV’s and UTV’s are allowed on property. Driver(s) of the off road vehicles will be required to sign a property waiver. 

Yes, golf carts are allowed on property. We can assist you with renting golf carts if needed for you to use while on property. 

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own fishing equipment and fish in our 20-acre lake. 

Yes. Our lake is stocked with bass, bream and catfish. 

Yes, you are welcome to swim at your own risk. 

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own non-gas powered boat to use in our lake. 

No. Our 20-acre  lake was developed after purchasing the property. It does not connect to the Kentucky lake. 

Yes we are. We welcome anyone who loves nature to enjoy our property and amenities. 

We have eight units available for rent. We can sleep a maximum of 30 guests when using all rooms and sofa beds.

We welcome your fur babies! Two of our cabins are pet friendly. We also have a fenced area where your precious pups can hang out during your wedding if you don’t want to keep them in the pet-friendly cabins. 

2 hours from Nashville and 2.5 from Memphis.

Nashville airport which is about 2 hours away. 

Yes. We have wifi available in all cabins and venues. We are in a country setting, so our wifi can be spotty at times. 

We allow smoking in designated areas throughout the property. We do not allow smoking in any of the venues or cabins.
