If you’re looking for a venue to hold your wedding and would like to do the work yourself, this package is perfect for you!
All the Inclusions
- Your choice of three unique venues for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
- Access to the selected venues from 10 am-11 pm to include setup time, event, and cleanup time
- Bridal party dressing rooms
- 60in round, 72in round & 6ft rectangular banquet tables
- Pub tables with stools
- Natural wood folding chairs with padded seats
- Caterers’ kitchens and a walk-in cooler
- Lighted parking area
- Use of all-weather exterior furniture
- Venue setup and tear down of all tables and chairs only
- Venue representative on-site during your event to check trash, restock restrooms, and tend to venue related needs only
- Access to endless photo opportunities on the property
- Projector & projection screen
- One-hour rehearsal time the week of your wedding- access to the ceremony location only
- Engagement photo session included (photographer not included)
- Your choice of vendors (with the exception of bartending)
